We’re excited to help you with your taxes!
Please bring the following:
- A government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) for you and for your spouse if you’re filing a Married Filing Jointly return
- A Social Security card or other government document showing the full Social Security Number or ITIN for everyone listed on your tax return
- {Should we note here that both spouses should be present at the appointment if at all possible?}
- Your current year tax documents, including
- W-2 forms (wages, gambling winnings)
- 1099 forms (Social Security benefits, pensions, IRAs, dividends, interest, unemployment benefits)
- Brokerage statements
- Real estate tax and mortgage interest statements (if itemizing or not sure)
- Scholarship, tuition, and student loan statements
- Health Savings Account and medical insurance forms
- Self-employment income and expense records
- A checkbook or bank document if you’d like to direct deposit your refund or make an IRS payment from your bank account
- Last year’s tax return (suggested)
Pre-Appointment Packet:
You can pick up a Pre-Appointment Packet at any of our open sites or download it here. The packet includes a complete checklist of documents you may need to prepare your return. Please complete and bring with you the Intake Form you will find in the pre-appointment packet.
Very Important
Please remember to bring:

We can’t complete your return without these documents.
When Should I Arrive?
Please plan to arrive before your scheduled appointment. If you need help completing the Intake/Interview & Quality Review Sheet or one of our worksheets, feel free to arrive a little earlier so we can assist you.
